Prices and Pricing

• All prices F.O.B Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang, INDONESIA.
• All prices in USD, other currencies available on request.
• Price can be adjusted at any time if a sudden major price increase of raw materials.
• Price can be adjusted at any time subject to sudden major fluctuations of exchange rate.
• Prices are valid for one year period from the first order date.

Payment

• 50% down payment within 7 days after proforma invoices has been signed. Balance payment against documents, within 5 days after B/L date, if otherwise we reserve the right to decline the contract and claim the down payment, in order to cover the transport and re-import charges of the containers.
• Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight, available at any bank in Indonesia by negotiation. The L/C must be opened within 7 days after proforma invoices has been signed. The L/C must be opened no later than 60 days before shipment.

Production Time

• Indoor Furniture : 8 weeks
• Teak Garden Furniture : 6 weeks
• Rattan Furniture : 8 weeks

Quantity

• Minimum order : 1x20 ft containers
• No minimum pieces per item
• No order is to small

Capacity

• Teak garden furniture 8x40 ft containers per-month
• Indoor furniture 6x40 ft container per-month

Shipment & Stuffing

• Shipment is possible by 20 ft, 40 ft, 40 ft high cube containers.
• To minimize damage and transport cost, we advise to order only full container loads.
• We use anti humidity bags (Super dry) to minimize condensation problems and will be fumigated based on costumer required.
